SATeam Mother’s Day Giveaway Event

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and the Starving Artists Team (SATeam) members are at it again. We want to give away some fabulous handmade artisan jewelry. There are many different ways to enter (all free!) and several prizes to be won.

Three lucky people will win gift certificates that can be redeemed in any of the participating SATeam member’s shops (list below).  The gift certificates can be used towards the purchase of the item(s) of the winner's choice. 

First prize: $100 gift certificate
Second prize: $50 gift certificate
Third prize: $25 gift certificate

HOW TO ENTER:

You can enter the giveaway more than once.  Entries are limited to one per day per person. 
The deadline for entry is May 1, 2011 @ 11:59 pm Central Daylight Time.   

You get to choose how you enter the SATeam Mother's Day Giveaway Event.  Your name will be entered into the giveaway once (to a maximum of one entry per day) each time you do one of things from the following list:

1. Become a follower of this blog. This entry method applies to new followers only. Please leave a comment letting us know you've followed.

2. Post this verbiage on your Facebook page:

Leave a link to your Artfire promo post on this blog post.

4. Plurk this verbiage and add the item link of your choice: "Mother's Day Jewelry Giveaway! Starving Artist Team creations like http://itemURLgoeshere.com" Leave a link to your Plurk in a comment on this blog post.

5. Tweet this verbiage and add the item link of your choice: "Mother's Day Jewelry Giveaway! Starving Artist Team creations like http://itemURLgoeshere.com" Leave a link to your tweet in a comment on this blog post.

6. Make a blog post talking about at least 1 item from a participating team member's shop. Use the phrase Starving Artist Team Mother's Day Giveaway Event in your blog post linking back to this post. Leave a link to your blog post as a comment on this blog post.

7. Make a collection on Artfire with at least 4 items from participating team shops. Use SATeam Mother's Day Giveaway in your Collection description. Leave a link to your collection in your comment on this blog post.

8. Make a treasury on Etsy with at least 4 items from participating team shops. Use the phrase SATeam Mother's Day Giveaway in your Treasury description. Leave a link to your treasury in your comment on this blog post.


RULES FOR ENTRY:
"No purchase necessary; purchase will not improve your chances of winning. This contest is void where prohibited. Any entry received from a location where this promotional sweepstakes violates local regulations shall not be considered a valid entry to win. 

Entry is limited to one per day per person. 

This portion of the rules applies only to Canadian residents: This contest is open to Canadian residents except for residents of the province of Québec. Winning Canadian residents will be required to complete skill testing question to claim their prize.

Winners will be chosen from a pool of all valid entries submitted between April 1, 2011 and May 1, 2011 at 11:59pm central daylight time using Random.org. Winners will be notified via email first and then announced on this blog. The winners must provide us with a valid email address in which to send the gift certificate. The gift certificate prizes to participating named shops will be emailed within 30 days of the end of the contest once the contact and other information for the winners are confirmed.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings and gift certificate is only redeemable in participating shops. Shops participating in this event are listed above. Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees and/or any additional costs that may apply to winning this prize depending on their local laws and regulations that are incurred as a result of winning. Winners must use the gift certificates within 3 months (90 days) of distribution of the prizes. Any remaining funds after stated expiration date are void and not eligible for redemption. Prize is not redeemable for cash, including remaining funds not used within the redemption period.
